Portfolio of works.
As a service designer, I bridge the gap between complex systems and human needs with a core commitment to equity and accessibility. With ten years of design experience in both public and private sectors in America and Australia, I have applied the design process to a wide range of settings, helping organizations and governments to offer more meaningful and impactful experiences. I have worked across a number of sectors including: education, healthcare, transport, infrastructure, finance, and government.

A bit about service design
As a service designer I am often dealing with invisible touchpoints, organizational culture, and unpredictable human interactions. Service design is rarely a straight forward endevour. It involves messy workshops, failed prototypes, and constant pivoting.

In service design, the "product" is often a change in how people behave or how a backend system functions. If you successfully redesigned a hospital check-in process, the result often isn't a pretty app; it’s shorter wait times and less stressed nurses.

Because my work focuses on behavior and systemic change, success isn't a static deliverable, it’s the sustained improvement in how a service lives and breathes after I leave.
