I joined the Tomorrow Partners team to carry out a digital transformation project that reimagined the Indiana Secretary of State's digital business services platform as a comprehensive, user-centric ecosystem that simplifies business interactions with state processes and agencies. Building trust in government, fostering innovation in a radically changing economic landscape, finding efficiencies and cutting costs for both business and the State government.

My role initially involved shaping the future-focused strategy for the Walgreens urgent health and wellbeing digital ecosystem, integrating pharmacy, health services and retail into one connected experience. Subsequently, I joined the team building the Hormonal contraception service offering at Walgreens, a groundbreaking initiative where pharmacists gained prescription authority.

I was embedded within a product team at Erie Insurance, designing and developing a cybersecurity consultancy service (CyberPro) specifically for small businesses. The service was in its first year of operation, my role was to facilitate and build design capability among the cross-functional product team comprising designers, developers, researchers, and delivery partners and actively play a role in maintaining and improving the service.

I led the end to end service design process at varying scales, with both private and public sectors across a wide range of industries. Including healthcare, transportation, infrastructure, education, finance and government services (Local, State, Federal). My role involved shaping project briefs with clients, project set up, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, synthesis of research outputs, generating findings, themes and insights, developing concepts, facilitating ideation and prioritization activities and workshops, concept refinement, customer testing, customer journey mapping and creation of actionable final deliverables.
