Service designer and design researcher based in NYC.

My interest in crafting real-world experiences that improve's people’s lives, drives my interest in service design. I'm currently engaged in contract-based projects that afford a breadth of exposure to diverse organizational contexts. I specialize in solving problems, overcoming challenges, and uncovering the best opportunities to help organizations and governments come closer to those they serve. I have worked with a range of public and private sector organizations in Australia and the US, collaborating with clients on multiple levels.

My design expertise includes synthesizing information to develop strategic outcomes that balance organizational strategy with customer needs. I have experience in creating single touchpoint experiences, co-designing ways of working, decision-making models, end-to-end customer experiences, roadmaps, engagement strategies, and strategic visions that drive positive change for all stakeholders involved.

I joined the Tomorrow Partners team to carry out a digital transformation project that reimagined the Indiana Secretary of State's digital business services platform as a comprehensive, user-centric ecosystem that simplifies business interactions with state processes and agencies. Building trust in government, fostering innovation in a radically changing economic landscape, finding efficiencies and cutting costs for both business and the State government.

My role initially involved shaping the future-focused strategy for the urgent health and wellbeing digital ecosystem, integrating pharmacy, health services and retail into one connected experience.
