As a designer, I am committed to creating a more inclusive, equitable, accessible and secure world for all. With ten years of design experience in both public and private sectors in America and Australia, I have applied the design process to a wide range of settings, helping organizations and governments to offer more meaningful and impactful experiences. I have worked across a number of sectors including: education, healthcare, transport, infrastructure, finance, and government.

Some of the outcomes I have designed include:
   

• Co-designing ways of working
• Prioritisation frameworks, designing decision making models and design principles
• Summarising reports, covering a detailed set of finding, insights, opportunities and business capabilities within people, processes, behavioural archetypes and mental models, services systems and technology and next step recommendations
• Visualising end-to-end customer experiences and roadmaps through current and future state linear and ecosystem journey maps and service blueprints depicting customer current and future state customer experiences
• High and low fidelity concepts and prototypes to testPilots and proof of conce
